- Street parking is preferred whenever possible
- That said, the condo lot across the street has been used for free overnight by our neighbors friends for years but be aware that it’s not *technically public, but we’ve never had an issue for single night stays either
🧸COZIES!
- Bring pyjamas/lingerie/comfies, squishmallows & fun things, pillows (we have a lot of floor space), yoga mats
🍱POTLUCK
- Please feel free, no obligation to bring sushi, charcuterie etc with vegan options. Or wet things like salads lol
- Feel free to bring a bottle of red wine – mulled wine will be flowing
⚠️CAREFUL!
- Stairs can be surprisingly slippery if going too fast with socks on, please be careful!
- The stairs to the garden are quite rickety, please be careful!
🧹CLEANLINESS PWEEZE
- Please as best you can keep track of and load used any cups & dishes into the dishwasher, we will run it whenever it gets full
- Please toss garbage/recycling into the bins so that they house is kept continually clear & much less final cleanup time for us
🏡OUTSIDE
- Please smoke on back patio only, avoid the front whenever possible
- Only quiet PG13 talk when outside please! (🤫drugs, xxx sex, drama – we want to maintain good relationships with our noise-sensitive neighbours)
- Please lets self-“police” ourselves & eachother – let’s keep volume & safety in check
🤫QUIET HOURS
- When we have Sunday gatherings we will be moving everyone upstairs to Matt’s room no later than 1am for consideration for our downstairs neighbours
🕯️LIGHTS
- If anyone has a spare galaxy light for the upstairs Study or lights to contribute in general please bring!
🔴RED LIGHT DISTRICT
- 2nd floor Library (next to Matt’s room) is the umm… Red Light District – Our super chill downstairs neighbors will be joining us so let’s not get TOO sloppy, please keep substances on the relative downlow or in the Libary!
- The Library will later be the informal quiet zone the next morning if someone needs a nap!
